Visiting students & Trainees enrolled in at least one in-person course are eligible to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).
- School of Medicine Trainees and School of Medicine Visiting Students are automatically enrolled in medical coverage.
- All other visiting students must self-enroll if they wish to be covered under the student plan.
- Visiting international students on an F-1 or J-1 visa are required to self-enroll in the JHU Student Health Insurance Plan.
